The Happening Bagel Bakery
The Happening Bagel Bakery specialise in bagels and challah bread. The Bakery was opened in 1994 by Isaac Cohen, who learned the bagel business at various bakeries in north London.
The Happening bagels are hand-rolled, boiled and baked in the traditional way. Rather than bake in large batches overnight when electricity is cheapest, the Happening crew bakes in small batches throughout the day ensuring fresh bagels every time.
